Grace Shimwell

Grace Shimwell Client Services Grace has worked within financial services since 2012 and joined BBT in 2018. Grace works within the Online Processing element of Client Services. Grace lives with her daughter and any spare time is spent walking in the Peak District and driving her daughter around to cycling events.

Louisa Forgione Client Services Louisa has worked in financial services since 2007 and joined BBT in 2018 to work as part of our Client Services team.In Louisa’s spare time she enjoys walking and baking.

Lydia Gill

Lydia Gill Client Services Lydia joined BBT Group in 2021 and works as part of the Client Services team. She would like to eventually progress into the Paraplanning department. In her spare time, Lydia loves spending time with family and friends. She also likes going to the gym and travelling.

Melanie Shenton Personal Assistant Mel has worked at BBT since January 2019 as a Personal Assistant, which is a role she thoroughly enjoys. She is from a recruitment background specialising in Education, Health and Social Care. In her spare time Mel makes wax melts and also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Victoria Parkin Client Services Victoria has a strong background in financial services having previously worked as a Paraplanner, and she is level 4 qualified. Victoria joined BBT in 2018 and works as a senior member of the Online Processing element of Client Services, which produces client reports and processes their applications.
