Kirsty Beevers
When I first started with BBT Group in November 2008, I had taken two years out of employment to focus on my family. I had no previous experience in the financial industry.
My first role with BBT Group was in Adviser support. After 3 years, I took a year out to have my daughter. On my return I wanted part time hours, so after discussions I took a role in the accounts department. It is a completely different role that involves paying the Financial Planners their fees and on-going commissions. I have also progressed to handling the company accounts and settling bills.
BBT Group have not only supported my career choices but have been accommodating of my personal life, working around me and supporting my family. Not only does the company push you to progress in your career, they also strive to employ people that are great to work with and supportive of each other.
