Jason joined BBT Group with over 19 years experience helping people manage their finances and plan for their futures. Jason began his career at Barclays, where he worked his way up from cashier to Premier Relationship Manager, supporting high-net-worth clients and their families. This shaped how Jason approaches financial advice today; focusing on understanding people first, then helping them put clear, practical plans in place that support their goals and family priorities.

Outside of work, Jason is a keen football fan and enjoys keeping fit, however, most of his time is spent with his wife and children. Jason explained that being a dad has strongly influenced how he thinks about planning and clients’ financial goals.
