In his early years, Richard worked in the agricultural industry including farm management and market development in Russia. Having gained experience of those financial markets, Richard decided to make a career in UK financial services.

Richard joined BBT as a consultant in 2006 and is married to Lena with three adult children.

After much family encouragement, he has reactivated his horse riding career. He is a keen follower of rugby, and any other spare time is taken up with a variety of countryside-related activities.
