Kirsty joined BBT Group in 2008 in the Client Services team after having taken two years out of employment to focus on her son. After three years in this role, she took a year out to have her daughter, and upon her return took a role in the Accounts Department. It is a completely different role that involves paying the advisers their fees and on-going commissions, chasing any outstanding payments and dealing with queries. Kirsty has also progressed to handling the company accounts and sending bills. Kirsty feels that she has some strong friendships within the company and could call on anyone for support within the ‘BBT Family’.
