After leaving school with three A-Levels, Kath started her career in general insurance before moving into financial services. Here she has taken many roles, ranging from Trainee Client Support Administrator to Paraplanning Manager, as well as People and Operational Management. She is chartered and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

In her spare time, Kath enjoy spending time with her husband and teenage son, reading detective/thriller books and going on holiday.
