Previously having worked in quality assurance and the hospitality industry, Carl made a career change into the financial services industry in 2007.

Initially, he started his new career with one of the UK’s largest building societies and having gained the necessary experience, made the move to BBT in 2010.

Carl is married to Danielle with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially the children, socialising with friends and mountain biking.
