Acting as the focal point for all adviser and client queries, the successful candidate will process life assurance and all ‘paper based’ new business as well as undertaking all post-implementation activities for all new business; this includes completing 4 eyes checks and ensuring the Intelligent Office database is always kept up to date.
Day to day duties include:
- Completing the ‘post implementation’ of all investment and pension related new business
- Processing Protection business and seeing this through to completion
- Supporting advisers, clients and their PAs with queries
- Actioning letters of authority/appointment and obtaining plan information from product providers
- General office duties e.g. scanning/filing/post
- Building positive working relationships with clients over the phone
- Accurately updating and maintaining the Company CRM system
The successful candidate will have:
- 12-24 months experience in financial services administration with a passion for delivering great client service.
- A Well spoken, confident and polite telephone manner
- Strong organisation and timekeeping skills
- An open, flexible can-do attitude
- Excellent IT skills
No professional qualifications are required for this role, however the successful applicant would be expected to hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, Grade 4 or above.
